Frequently Asked Questions

How do I secure my party booking?

You can either pay in full or secure the date by paying the deposit of £30. The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after the party equipment has been returned in its original state. If the equipment is damaged, the deposit will not be refunded. The deposit will also not be refunded if the party is cancelled within 1 week before the party date. The deposit is a separate to the party cost and is not deducted from the party balance.

When does the full party balance need to be paid?

The full balance of the party needs to be paid 24 hours before the day of hire. Payment plans can be offered.

Will my set-up be the same as the pictures?

Accessories, Bedding and Set-up may vary compared to pictures. This is dependant on number of Teepees hired, along with dates and times of hire. The pictures taken are for a guide only.

Can the teepees be used outside?

No, the tents are for indoor use only, unless stated otherwise.

​

Is a power supply needed?

No, all lights etc are powered by batteries.

​

Does anything need washing?

No, we wash all the equipment between parties.

​

Are you DBS (CRB) checked?

All staff are DBS checked and certified. These can be viewed if requested, giving 48 hours notice.

All equipment will be inspected, counted on setup and on collection, whilst being agreed by yourself, along with Terms and Conditions being agreed before departure.
